PIPAC and PITAC are supported by a rapidly growing body of clinical evidence across multiple tumor types, including gastric, ovarian, colorectal, pancreatic cancer, and mesothelioma. To date, more than 50 clinical trials have been conducted or are ongoing worldwide, including 14 randomized studies, spanning Phase 1 to Phase 3 development and complemented by large international registries.

These trials consistently demonstrate the feasibility, safety, and therapeutic potential of pressurized aerosol chemotherapy, while enabling repeated treatment cycles and objective assessment of tumor response.
